By day, Bob Fratkin is Portfolio Manager for Salomon Smith Barney.  In his spare time, he is a collector of political memorabilia, fire department items, and other interesting historical "stuff."  He regularly buys and sells items on eBay, an electronic auction house.

He is a former president of the American Political Items Collectors.
